  1. Where's the PUZZ'L?
  2. Choose 'NEW' from the File menu to create a new PUZZ'L or 'OPEN' to open an existing PUZZ'L document.

  4. Opening a PUZZ'L:
  5. The PUZZ'L opens using the current pieces (see 'Choose Pieces..' in Option menu).  Note: PUZZ'L's are not saved 'in-progress'.

  7. Editing a New PUZZ'L:
  8. 1.  Use the Scrapbook DA to Paste Pictures into the Edit window or.. use 'Get Picture' under the File menu to open existing Paint-type documents.
  9. 2.  Pick a cut-out design by clicking on the 'PIECES' button.
  10. 3.  Click and drag the picture to position it, and size the rectangle border.
  11. 4.  When you're satisfied click the 'OK' button to open the PUZZ'L.

  13. Solving the PUZZ'L:
  14. Just click and drag the pieces from the 'Box' into the PUZZ'L border area.  Pieces can be joined with the Border Piece or with other pieces.  If the pieces 'match' the pair will 'join' and become one.  Although some pieces will have identical shape, each piece has a unique place in the PUZZ'L!  The Status window will keep track of pieces and time... after completion of the PUZZ'L the Status window can be printed by making it the front-most window and pressing the keyboard - COMMAND-SHIFT-4 - key combination.  The Picture window can be printed in this way to aid in solving larger PUZZ'L's.
